The Hangover Part III is a 2013 American comedy film produced by Legendary Pictures and distributed by Warner Bros. Pictures. It is the sequel to 2011's The Hangover Part II, and the third and final film in The Hangover film series. The film stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zach Galifianakis, Ken Jeong, Heather Graham, Jeffrey Tambor, Justin Bartha, and John Goodman with Todd Phillips directing a screenplay written by himself and Craig Mazin. The film follows the "Wolfpack" (Phil, Stu, Doug, and Alan) as they are convinced to help Alan after the death of his father after the wayward ways of Alan.

Alan is shown as an eccentric who buys a giraffe and the poor animal dies as it is being transported from under a flyover thus resulting in a huge pileup on the freeway. Alan's multi millionaire father saves Alan due to his connections but scuccumbs to a heart attack after a heated exchange with his son.

The humorous burial follows a union of family and friends where Doug convinces the Wolfpack to help Alan as he has been off ADHD medication for almost 6 months. Phil and Stu hesitantly agree to help Alan get out of the mess. The reluctant Alan gets carried away but backs out on the way to "New Horizons" which is a medical facility.

However, fate has something else in store for them as Doug is taken as collateral by Marshall en route as his 2nd half of gold bars heist worth 21 million USD have been stolen by Leslie Chow. Marshall gives them 3 days to find Chow who escaped from a Bangkok prison during a riot; since Alan was the only guy who was in touch with Chow during his prison days.

The meeting with Chow takes interesting turn as he agrees to help the trio in getting Doug released. He convinces them to break-in a mansion in Mexico which is earlier owned by him where the gold is stashed. But all 3 of them are caught by the police and Chow escapes with the bounty. Marshall gets them freed from the police and then they realise that the robbed gold was burgled from Marshall's mansion.

Though Marshall is very angry but gives them another 3 days to trace Chow. The twist and turns take them again to Las Vegas. Though they are able to take the gold bars and Chow to Marshall as promised at a designated place, Alan helps his old friend Chow and it all ends on a happy note for the wolfpack.

The movie is very gripping and the screenplay is commendable. However, the dialogues and situational comedy take the cake. Zach Galifianakis as Alan stands out in his perforamnce by playing the role to perfection. The performance of Bradley Cooper as Phil is normal and Ed Helms as Stu is pretty good considering that he wasn't the main lead.

The movie is a must watch despite skewed reviews by the western media. You'll enjoy every moment of it as it shall make you wallow in hysterical laughter.
