Angelina Jolie, the first
Hollywood actress to go for double mastectomy amid fears of breast
cancer made her first public appearance at the premiere of World War Z
after the surgery.
Angelina walked hand in hand on the red carpet with fiancé Brad
Pitt and the two looked happy as always in each other’s company. Looking
drop dead gorgeous in a black gown, Angelina once again floored her
fans with her charm and courage.
Planning to tie the knot with Pitt in a traditional Indian ceremony
in Jodhpur, Angelina Jolie surprised her fans, even her father when she
disclosed about her breast removal surgery in an article. Not only
this, Angelina has also decided to get her uterus removed as she is 50
percent more likely to contract ovarian cancer anytime in future.
Post the surgery, Angelina will not be able to get pregnant again.
Angelina who lost her mother to ovarian cancer suffered yet another
blow when her aunt succumbed to breast cancer a few days ago. Angelina
missed her aunt Debbie Martin's funeral in San Diego to support Brad
Pitt at the screening of the film.
Angelina Jolie is currently a mother of three adopted kids: Maddox
from Cambodia, Zahara from Ethiopia and Pax from Vietnam. Their
biological kids include a daughter Shiloh and twins - son Knox Léon and
daughter Vivienne.
