After watching the trailer for Touchy Feely, my biggest question is: how can I recreate Ellen Page's delicious-looking pseudo Hot Pocket?
In Touchy Feely, Lynn Shelton, director of the critically acclaimed Your Sister's Sister, reunites with actress Rosemarie DeWitt to
bring a heartfelt tale of self-discovery and transformation. The film
tells the story of a sought-after massage therapist (DeWitt) who
develops an aversion to human contact at the same time that her brother
Paul's (Josh Pais) unsuccesful dental practice suddenly booms when
rumours circulate of his supposed "healing powers." Meanwhile, Paul's
emotionally undeveloped daughter (Ellen Page) falls for her aunt's boyfriend (Scoot McNairy). The movie also stars Allison Janney, Ron Livingston, and Tomo Nakayama.
After premiering at the Sundance Film Festival in January, theaters will embrace Touchy Feely on September 6.
