Green's Second Coming is produced by Hillbilly Films' Kate Norrish and Polly Leys and was developed and co-financed by Film4, Channel 4's movie unit and the BFI Film Fund and supported by the Sundance Institute Feature Film Program.
It stars Nadine Marshall (Random) and Idris Elba (Prometheus, Mandela, The Wire) and follows a tight family unit navigating their way through family life as it breaks down in the aftermath of an unexplained pregnancy.
Tucker Green, also an Olivier award winner as Most Promising Newcomer, embarked on the film after adapting her own play Random for Channel 4, which won the BAFTA for best single drama in 2012.
Second Coming was shot in and around locations in South-West London for six weeks with a budget of under $3 million.
Protagonist Pictures is handling International Sales.
