Though Monday's ultra exclusive Met Gala is for the Beyoncés, Giseles, and Anna Wintours of the world, we got a sneak peek at The Costume Institute of The Metropolitan Museum of Art's PUNK: Chaos to Couture
exhibit. Featuring hundreds of high fashion pieces from designers like
Alexander McQueen, Dolce and Gabbana, Rodarte, and Viviene Westwood (to
name a few), the exhibit examines punk's impact on high fashion from the
movement's birth in the 1970s through its continuing influence today.

PUNK: Chaos to Couture runs from May 9—August 14 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute in New York City.
