Kim Kardashian's Ex Reggie Bush Wins the Race to Parenthood: He's a Dad

Kim Kardashian has been complaining about wanting to start a family for what seems like years now, but when she dumped NFL star Reggie Bush in 2010, it seemed like she had to put that dream on hold. Then she married and divorced Kris Humpries and now, the reality starlet is finally on her way to getting her dream family as she is pregnant with Kanye West's baby. Call it revenge or just pure luck, but before Kardashian could welcome her sweet bundle of joy (or terror, depending on your angle), her ex, Bush, beat her to the finish line in the parenthood race.
Bush, a 28-year-old running back for the Detroit Lions, and his fiancee Lilit Avagyan welcomed the birth of this first baby Monday, his rep confirms to Us magazine. "Lilit gave birth to a beautiful baby girl," the rep said. The baby weighed eight pounds, nice ounces.

While Kardashian is expecting her own little one to arrive sometime in July, it's completely conceivable that it bothers her that Bush — who reportedly cheated on her and caused their split — has found his own happiness. Bush wrote about his growing family back in April in a blog on the Detriot Lions' website. "I’m very excited. Very excited about the baby. It’s our first one and couldn’t have come at a better time," he said. "It couldn’t have come with a better person. Someone I really love and care about. It’s great. It really worked out perfect."
Bet that made Kardashian frown at least a little bit.
