Hey, guess what? Another one of your favorite actors has signed on for Christopher Nolan's new mindf**k of a movie, Interstellar. Michael Caine, who has worked with the director on five other films, has joined Interstellar's star-studded cast.
According to Deadline, the actor will star in the film, written by Nolan's brother, Jonah. The project was originally set up in 2006 with Steven Spielberg on board to direct, but Nolan took on the task when Spielberg exited.
The film follows a group of explorers who travel through time after discovering a worm hole, described by the Warner Bros./Paramount Pictures PR team as "a heroic interstellar voyage to the furthest reaches of our scientific understanding.
You'll want to brush up on the work of American physicist Kip Thorne to prepare, since he's the one who wrote the treatment for the film.
Interstellar is set to blow our collective minds on Nov. 7, 2014.
