When it comes to promotional tours, Arrested Development knows where it's bread is buttered. Or rather, where it's bananas are frozen.
In anticipation for the long-awaited Season 4 premiere of the cult comedy on Netflix the beloved Bluth's Original Frozen Banana Stand is going on a worldwide promotional tour. And it could be coming to a town near you.
Kicking off today in London, England (if you're there, you should probably keep an eye out for Rita Leeds), the banana stand will then move to the United States and stop in various cities in anticipation of the Netflix debut on Sunday, May 26. According to a statement by Netflix, "The Bluth’s Original Frozen Banana Stand Worldwide Tour will include special surprise appearances by the Bluth family and friends. Fans can follow the @ArrestedDev Twitter account for information about the stand’s location that day and special activities in each city."
No word on the price of the bananas yet, but how much could it cost? Ten dollars?
